Northlake Baptist Church is seeking a full-time Associate Pastor of Students and Families who is passionate about discipling the next generation and helping families grow in their relationship with Christ. This pastoral leadership role will provide vision and oversight for ministries serving children, students, and young adults from birth through college, while equipping volunteers and partnering with parents to build a strong, gospel-centered ministry. We’re looking for a relational, energetic leader who loves people, develops teams, and is excited to invest in the life of our church and community.
